PLAYERS CODE OF CONDUCT

By embracing and living The Grassroots Code, you make sure everyone in our club enjoys the game and has fun. Creating a standard everyone lives up to, and a safe, inclusive, respectful space for all.

All players registering with Martock Rovers FC must all read and fully understand how they are expected to conduct themselves during their time with us. The Players Code of Conduct must be signed

ADULTS Code of Conduct

Our Adult Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour and respect expected from all players, coaches, parents, and supporters to help create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable football environment for everyone.

Match & Playing Policy

At Martock Rovers FC, our approach is simple: development first, enjoyment always. We aim to give every player a fair opportunity to play, learn, and grow in a positive, supportive environment.

From U7–U11, the focus is on equal participation and development. From U12+, we introduce a balance of development and healthy competition, while maintaining fairness across the season.

We set clear expectations on playing time, squad rotation, and communication, ensuring a consistent and respectful experience for players, parents, and coaches.
